Mini Makers is a 12-week drop-off art course designed for young artists ages 3–6. It takes place at artSPARK Creative Studio (6644 Wadsworth Blvd). Each class centers on process-based art and sensory play to build creativity, fine motor skills, confidence, and friendships. Kids can rotate through multiple open-ended stations, including printmaking, collage, sculpture, a painting easel, and two sensory activities. Lessons are intentionally non-structured: the instructor demos techniques at the start, then children explore and experiment at their own pace. Participation is child-led, so kids aren’t forced to create at stations they’re not interested in, and the amount of finished artwork will vary. Early enrollment is encouraged because classes with fewer than 5 participants may be canceled 24 hours before the start.
