pARTy for the ARTs

pARTy for the ARTs is an evening fundraiser celebrating live jazz, local art, and community in Boulder’s NoBo Art District. It takes place at 4895 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80304, running from 5:00–9:00 PM. The night starts with a cocktail hour (5:00–6:00) featuring appetizers, drinks, art on view, and live jazz by the Dan Pem Quartet. At 5:30 PM, guests will hear NoBo’s year-in-review and plans for a new Artist-in-Residence program. From 6:00–7:00 PM, enjoy a second jazz set while browsing the auction, previewing the Mystery Wall, and adding to a community mural. From 7:00–7:30 PM, local artists speak about why NoBo matters, followed by the premiere of the NoBo documentary. The finale (7:30–9:00) pairs the Ian Arras Organ Trio with the Mystery Wall art-pick experience as numbers are called and guests select artwork. Tickets are $20, or $10 for NoBo members with a discount code, and proceeds support affordable studios and the new residency program.
