Foxy and Shmoxy: Art Detectives

Join two silly, quick-witted foxes as they crack mysterious cases inspired by works of art at the Denver Art Museum!

Each month, Foxy and Shmoxy investigate a different artwork in the galleries, using humor, storytelling, and imaginative play to uncover clues and surprising discoveries. Through laughter, curiosity, and audience participation, young children and their grown-ups are invited to look closely, ask questions, and experience art in fun, unexpected ways. Every visit features a new mystery, making each adventure a fresh opportunity to explore the museum together.

Foxy and Shmoxy perform at 10:30 am and again at 11:30 am.

Foxy and Shmoxy: Art Detectives occurs on the second Sunday of every month during the school year. Events in the 2026-27 school year take place on October 11, November 8, December 13, January 10, February 14, March 14, April 11, and May 9.
