Flexi-Verse: Cosmic Unwind

Step into the Flexi-Verse and let your body lead the way. This 90-minute journey begins with an hour of gentle movement and slow flow, a soft, unhurried exploration of breath, sensation, and space.

From there, surrender fully into a 30-minute sound healing session, where vibration and tone wash over you, dissolving what no longer needs to be carried. Perfect for the turning of the season. A chance to release, reset, and return to yourself.
