Now in its 22nd season, Meadow Music returns to Chautauqua Green for six Monday evening shows and a special Saturday morning finale. This award-winning environmental education program blends original science and nature-themed kids' music with silly skits, quick costume changes, and loads of audience participation — all set against the stunning backdrop of the Flatirons.
Before each show, join a toddler-friendly pre-concert hike along a 0.2-mile nature loop at the base of the Foothills, where kids search for the animal and color of the week. The concert begins when the group returns, about 30 minutes after the listed start time, and lasts approximately one hour. Bring picnic blankets, low chairs, snacks, and water. Families are welcome to stay and play after the show.
**Free to the public.** Presented with support from the City of Boulder Open Space & Mountain Parks.

Join us for a fun, rotation-based workout designed to help you meet new singles in an active, low-pressure environment. Think speed dating meets fitness — you'll cycle through partners during the workout, spending time with everyone. Expect a great sweat, good people, and a chance to connect along the way!
Hosted on the rooftop at One River North — one of Denver's most iconic for-rent apartment buildings, renowned for its distinct architecture and nature-inspired amenities.

THE WORKOUT
36 Singles: 18 Ladies / 18 Guys (We do our best to keep the ratio equal)
The Workout: 1 hour partner-based, rotation-style workout — you'll rotate partners throughout so you get face time with everyone
Each round = a new partner, a new exercise, and a new conversation starter built right in
Two Birds Fit will be providing complimentary snacks and beverages after the workout — stick around, refuel, and keep the conversations going!
After the workout: Bring a suit for the rooftop pool! Jump in, cool off, and keep the good vibes going!

Check in with our Two Birds Fit Team and grab your name tag
Meet other singles before, during, and after the workout
Rotate through partners during the workout — built-in intros every round!
Enjoy movement, conversation, and connection in a fun, low-pressure environment
After the event, opt in to use our Two Birds Fit web app (aka your WingMan):
See pics + short bios of attendees • Tap who you're into on the web app • If it's mutual, you'll receive up to 6 Flirt Matches + 6 Friend Matches within 24 hours
FIND YOUR PEEPS – ICEBREAKER
At the event start time, check your phone — the web app will show you 6 people selected based on your bio and interests.
These aren't matches — just friendly suggestions to help you connect with others who enjoy similar things
Your mission: As you rotate through partners during the workout, see what you have in common with the people in your Find Your Peeps suggestions
After the event, choose up to 6 Friends and 6 Flirts. If you both select each other, the web app will connect you 24 hours later

Our events are designed to help people connect IRL through movement, positivity, and fun. Depending on the event, expect a mix of activity, mingling, flirting, conversation, food/drinks, and socializing throughout the experience — not nonstop gameplay or workouts the whole time.

Some events are more active, others more social. Need modifications? We’ve got you — our certified trainers and instructors are happy to help.
Ticket Types & Matching
For straight events, we do our best to keep the guy/girl ratio as even as possible. Some larger events may also offer LGBTQ+ and different match preference ticket options. Because our community is currently primarily straight singles, some match preference categories may have smaller groups depending on the event.

Denver Film and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science joined forces to untangle fact from fiction in your favorite science fiction films. Watch classic sci-fi films and museum scientists lead discussions exploring where science and film meet.
All screenings are located between Sie FilmCenter and the Infinity Theater at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science. Screenings begin at 6:00 pm, and doors open at 5:30 pm.

🎨Let's learn printmaking and create with Grace! Woodblock carving and relief printmaking allows you to create an original work of art that can be reproduced over and over again, by hand. In this 3 hr class, you will learn how to create, carve, and print a woodblock. 👩🏻🎨Join Artist Grace Noel in her studio in Denver's Art District on Santa Fe to learn this powerful art form!
🗓️*Please note that due to dry times, you will need to come back the next day to pick up your creation

✨Beginner friendly? YES! All skill levels are welcome, we will find a design for everyone.
👨👩👧👦Family friendly? YES! Recommended for children 14 years and older. Risk of injury from carving tools, they are sharp!
♿️ Please request accessibility needs in advance - email [email protected]. Art classes are held in Grace's studio which is located downstairs in the basement of the Denver Art Society. There is one flight of stairs to access Grace's studio and no alternatives i.e. elevator, stair lift, etc. The main floor of the Denver Art Society is wheelchair accessible with one ADA bathroom stall. Grace can set up class on the main floor of the Denver Art Society which is wheelchair accessible, so long as she is emailed in advance. Please email [email protected] to coordinate!

Hunter's voice has the kind of depth and nuance that invites comparisons to Sam Cooke; his songwriting craft and impassioned performances recall Them-era Van Morrison - and like those artists, Hunter's music is timeless, sounding instantly classic and perpetually modern. He recorded 'People Gonna Talk' at Liam Watson's famed Toe Rag Studios in London (also home to the White Stripes' Grammy-winning, platinum 2003 release 'Elephant'). Vintage analogue equipment is de rigueur at Toe Rag, and 'People Gonna Talk' was recorded entirely "live" - without any overdubs, computers, or even headphones - resulting in a rich, warm sound that practically dares the uninitiated to guess its date of origin.
The fourteen songs on 'People Gonna Talk' were all written by Hunter. From the tight & right ska shuffle of the album's title track (with gorgeous string quartet accompaniment), to the locomotive groove of "Talkin' 'Bout My Love" to the hushed ballad "Mollena" which rests on a simple acoustic guitar/saxophone melody bed, the caliber of Hunter's compositions leave the listener stumped as to how this singular artist has gone undiscovered up to now.

Join local Denver Artist Grace Noel for a chance to express your unique art & astrology. The Astrology Art Journal workshop is hosted in Grace Noel's art studio in the heart of Denver's Art District on Santa Fe.
Art Astrology Journal Workshop:
✨Mini astrology lesson introducing all 12 signs
🎨Create a front and back cover 5" x 7" using acrylic paint pouring, color selection based on your personal astrology
🎨Create artwork based on your rising, sun, and moon signs in accordion style pages using watercolor pastels and charcoal.
⏰Creations are available to take home same day but some assembly will be required at home. Otherwise you can leave your project with Grace and she will email you within the week regarding pick up. Shipping is available for $10 within the Denver Metro area or front range.

Join the Longmont Museum for our free Summer Concert Series in the beautiful Stewart Family Courtyard. Stretch out and enjoy some tunes from up-and-coming local bands and icons of Colorado’s music scene as the sun sets over Longs Peak. Lawn chairs and picnics are welcome, kids and families, too! Food and drink available for purchase (no outside alcohol allowed).
This Latinx alternative rock and hiphop band from Denver is making waves with their fusion of Latin reggaeton, Spanglish lyrics, rock and hip-hop. Their mix of infectious beats and meaningful lyrics have captivated audiences worldwide. More than a band, they are a movement, pushing Latinx music into a bold new future.
Museum members receive priority seating at 6 pm; general public at 6:30 pm.

Enjoy an unforgettable lineup starting with Ninety Percent 90s, delivering the best hits from the 90s. The party continues with The Spazmatics, internationally renowned as “The Ultimate ’80s New Wave Tribute,” bringing all the iconic sounds, styles, and high-energy dance moves from the decade we will never forget.
Guests can also enjoy delicious eats from local food trucks and refreshing themed cocktails and beer for the adults.

Nathan Lund is a Colorado comedian who loves talking about himself in the third person. He has told his little jokes at festivals around the country and is a favorite at the best club in the world, Denver's Comedy Works. Nathan hosts a podcast with Sam Tallent called Chubby Behemoth and is co-host of the YouTube travel show Sam Tallent's Wide World. He was featured on the Viceland show Flophouse and the BBC show Horizon hosted by Jimmy Carr. He was also a guest on Stavros Halkias's podcast Stavvy's World. Nathan's debut comedy special Soup's On was filmed by Four by Three Productions and is available on YouTube.

Explore the Clyfford Still Museum for as little as one penny during the First Friday Pay-What-You-Wish Day. Enjoy free mini-tours at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on each PWYW Day. Online reservations are recommended, and walk-ins are welcome. Online registration opens approximately one week before the Pay-What-You-Wish Day.
In 2026, the Museum will offer 12 Pay-What-You-Wish Days, each on the first Friday of each month.
Art in Action: Mini-Tours
Dive into the world of Clyfford Still on this focused and fun introductory tour! Learn about our fiercely independent namesake artist and discover the large-scale abstract canvases Still is most known for, along with the architectural gem that houses the collection. Get the insider’s guide on the current exhibition, programs, and all the ways you can engage with the Still. Engage your curiosity and imagination with this lively tour and leave ready to make your own discoveries.
Enjoy these 30-minute Mini-Tours at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on every Clyfford Still Museum Pay-What-You-Wish Day and SCFD Free Day. The Mini-Tours are free, no registration is required, and all ages are welcome. Meet in the Museum lobby. We’ll see you there!
About PWYW Day Online Registration
Online reservations open approximately one week before each PWYW Day. To reserve your ticket online, choose the number of tickets in the online ticketing menu. All adult ticket prices are listed as $1 online (children 17 and under are always free). If you want to pay more than $1, please add your donation amount at checkout. You may also make a donation when you visit the Museum or after your visit. If you wish to pay less than $1 (as little as a penny), you can do so when you come in person; walk-ins are welcome. Regardless of what you choose to pay, we look forward to seeing you. The Museum uses additional donations to help subsidize future Pay-What-You-Wish Days and expand community access.

Seventy years ago, The Ballad of Baby Doe received its world premiere at Central City Opera. This summer, the opera returns home in a new production that coincides with America's semiquincentennial and Colorado's sesquicentennial — three milestones converging on a single stage. Based on the true story of silver baron Horace Tabor and the young woman who scandalized Denver society to be with him, The Ballad of Baby Doe captures pioneering ambition, passionate love, and devotion that outlasted fortune itself. Legendary soprano and CCO alumna Cynthia Lawrence directs, with new scenic design by Lawrence E. Moten III and costumes by Lynly A. Saunders. The cast features bass-baritone Weston Hurt as Horace Tabor, soprano Emily Pulley as Augusta Tabor, and soprano Virginia Mims in her role debut as Baby Doe. Aaron Breid conducts.

All the stuff you love about 4th of July, with none of the stuff you might not.
For the third year in a row, we are celebrating how much we rely on each other, how our neighborhood heroes past and present keep us safe and inspired, and how truly interconnected we all are. It’s a cookout with lots of entertainment. And it’s in the morning/midday, so you can still do your fireworks with family in the evening if that’s your thing.
It’s a family-friendly event with lots of activities, so bring the whole crew.
Bring a blanket and any park toys you like and let’s celebrate how much we rely on each other, how our neighborhood heroes past and present keep us safe and inspired, and how truly interconnected we all are.
Details are to come, but here are some things to expect:
• Delicious food from a local chef
• Live music
• Poetic performance
• Celebration of local heroes with special artwork
• Henna
• A super low-key chalk art contest. Prizes for winners!
• Games and activities for all-ages, including button making and sun prints, and a giant parachute.
• We invite everyone to bring in names of people (past, present, and future) who show us how caring for one another builds and keeps our communities strong.

Join the Sundance Film Festival, along with event partners Rocky Mountain Equality and The Center on Colfax, for Andrea Gibson: Love Letter from the Afterlife — a multimedia evening of film, poetry, and music premiering at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. MT.
At the heart of the event is the world debut of Andrea Gibson’s last poetry set recorded at Denver’s own Paramount Theatre in 2024. The film was produced by the team behind the Oscar-nominated and Sundance Film Festival–winning documentary, Come See Me in the Good Light.
The Colorado Symphony will accompany Gibson's poetry and the night’s other performances. The event will also feature some of Andrea’s favorite artistic collaborators, including Grammy-winning, Tony- and Emmy-nominated artist Sara Bareilles. Acclaimed singer songwriter Chris Pureka will open the event.
Throughout the night, Megan Falley—Gibson’s wife—will weave storytelling between performances, tracing the threads of connection, collaboration, and serendipity that bind these artists to Andrea’s life and legacy.
