Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit • Take and process orders accurately via POS systems • Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and safety guidelines • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service counters • Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Qualifications • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting • Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality • Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or bending Join our team at Chick-fil-A Longmont where your contributions make a difference.
