Join us for FREE strength-based yoga sessions every Sunday at Long Lake Regional Park in Arvada, CO. This outdoor event welcomes participants of all levels for a challenging workout amidst a stunning mountain view. Remember to bring your own mat, water, sunscreen, and dress comfortably in layers.
