About This Event
About she’s green: Likened to a soft summer rain, she's green is a Minneapolis-based dream pop band featuring vocalist Zofia Smith, guitarists Liam Armstrong and Raines Lucas, bassist Teddy Nordvold and drummer Kevin Seebeck. They’ve built a devoted following across the Midwest and East Coast, sharing bills with Hotline TNT, Glixen and Friko. The Star Tribune suggests bringing “earplugs and maybe a tissue” to their set, a fitting description for a band that balances volume with vulnerability. Early singles “river” and “smile again,” recorded and mixed at home, introduced their raw emotional intensity and exploratory songwriting. Following the release of their debut EP Wisteria, they were named one of First Avenue’s Best New Bands of 2023. In April 2024, they received the most votes from industry professionals in The Current’s inaugural Scouting Report Poll, presented by Minnesota Public Radio, recognizing the top rising artists in Minnesota. About Tiny Tomboy: Tiny Tomboy combines distorted guitar with dreamy textures and witty lyrics. The indie rock three-piece consists of drummer Sam Seymour, bassist Ethan Gould, and the Tiny Tomboy herself, singer and guitarist Eliza Neiman-Golden, who stands at a whopping 4'10" and shreds unapologetically. Based in Denver, the band is known for breaking floors and forming human pyramids at their energetic shows. Their sophomore LP, Psychic Scar, was awarded “Best Indie-Rock Album” of 2025 by Denver’s Westword, who lauded the band’s “open-a-vein-and-bleed approach to writing.”
