Taking place on the longest day of the year, the event begins during golden hour with a community-forward atmosphere outdoors before gradually transforming into an after-dark celebration of light, art, music, and immersive experiences. As the sun sets, the environment shifts into something more atmospheric and transportive — blending projection, movement, performance, and nightlife into a curated nighttime experience. Rooted in themes of illumination, seasonal transition, creativity, and collective joy, Brilliant RiNo is designed as a multi-generational celebration that reflects the artistic spirit of the district while inviting the community to experience RiNo in a new way.
