While she's more than happy to double-check your authorization forms and provide the proper signatures required for your unprecedented request, she’s kind of busy right now. Mind if she places you on a brief hold? Customer Service is a fully immersive, mostly-clown, and partly existential unraveling of the roles we inhabit, the beliefs we unconsciously cling to, and what remains beneath them.
