A Night in New Orleans Cocktail Class

Join Bryan Paiement, published author and bartender in The Cache for a cocktails class celebrating New Orleans classics! We will be making three famous cocktails that have roots in the Big Easy and enjoying complementary small bites from our G&B chefs. What We’re Making: Hurricane (with G&B Crab Cakes and Cajun Remoulade) Ramos Gin Fizz (with Beer Battered Coconut Shrimp) Sazerac (with Pecan Sticky Bun Bread Pudding) Take-Aways: Hands-on instruction by Bryan Paiement Enjoy making and drinking three cocktails, paired with three small bites A take-home recipe packet with all the menu items from class *** Note, a Teaching Kitchen Assistant will be available throughout class to take any additional food or drink orders from the Café menu.
