Join us in The Teaching Kitchen as we learn the art of bread making with G&B’s head bread baker, Amber! In this installment, we’ll be exploring the magic of sourdough. These recipes can easily be adapted in your own kitchen to create so many fun variations and shapes that you can enjoy throughout the year. Amber will take you through the whole process from accurate measuring to adapting recipes for altitude and how to ensure the perfect proof and bake. What we’re baking: Roasted Garlic and Rosemary Sourdough Loaf Sourdough Discard Crackers Homemade Jam Take-aways Hands-on instruction from a Ginger and Baker Chef Instructor. A recipe packet with all the menu items from class. Enjoy a meal of the items you cooked at the end of class.
