Information Technology Support Administrator

Title: IT Systems Administrator Location: Denver, CO Duration: 6-month contract, potential extensions Workplace: Onsite M-F Pay Rate: 27-33/hr Required Skills & Experience • 3+ Years of Experience in an IT Support Role • Ticketing system experience (Manage Engine or related) • Windows OS experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Network Experience (basic knowledge of protocols, Network + certification, etc.) • Manufacturing background or industry experience • Thermal Printer (Zebra Printers, TSC) • Enterprise industry experience Job Description A large manufacturing client in the Denver, CO area is looking for a IT Systems Administrator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for working through various daily tickets, ranging from 2-5 per day all the way up to 20-25 a day. When you are not working through tickets, you will be responsible for project based work. This consists of building or imaging new hardware, desktops, doing refreshes, and completing documentation for the work you have done. This group works on devices anywhere from desktops and printers to networking and server issues, as well as mobile device troubleshooting. This role is a PART TIME role working 20-30 hours per week, on-site 5x / week. Pay Rate: $27-33 / hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
