Full Time Server

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents have an enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Responsibilities • Greet and welcome residents with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. • Take accurate food and beverage orders. • Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance the resident experience. • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. • Monitor tables for resident satisfaction, responding promptly to requests or concerns. • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. • Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and dish pit. • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge of menu items. • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave (in accordance with Colorados Healthy Families and Workplace Act) Skills • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. • Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous. • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. • Previous fine dining experience is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential. • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices in the food industry. • Experience in serving, bussing, or host/host roles within the restaurant environment is beneficial.
