Receptionist - Denver Showroom

Position Title: Receptionist Job Status: Non-Exempt, Full-time Salary: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour Location: Denver, Colorado Duties and Responsibilities • Greet customers immediately and provide beverages while they wait (coffee, tea, water, or soda). • Answer the main phone line and retrieve general voicemail. • Tracking Ups, returning customers, and Helps for the Sales Associates. • Assist with maintaining a clean, presentable showroom. Keep fridge stocked. • Proactively look for tasks and stay engaged during slower periods. • Maintain a high level of customer service, professionalism, and organization. • Other administrative duties as needed, including but not limited to data entry, registrations, and inventory/returns administrative tasks. Requirements/Abilities • Basic knowledge of home appliances and warehouse operations. • Computer literate (internet, Microsoft Office, etc.). • Pleasant phone etiquette and customer service skills. • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must be able to read and write in English. • Ability to manage difficult customer situations. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Self-starter with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. • Reliable transportation and punctuality. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to take direction and solve problems effectively. • Ability to work effectively as a team player and independently. • Clear and concise communication skills (oral and written). Education & Experience • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent certification. • At least 1 year of experience in reception, office work, sales, or customer service. Physical Requirements • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing. • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
