Warehouse Associate (Night Shift) – Growing Global Pharma Manufacturer Shift: Rotating Nights (Training on Days for 3–5 weeks) Pay: $28-34 About the Role Join a fast-growing global contract manufacturer producing high‑quality pharmaceutical chemicals, ingredients, and drug products. We are hiring Warehouse Associates who thrive in a regulated environment, enjoy hands-on work, and are comfortable operating both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities • Move, track, and organize raw materials and finished products using SAP. • Maintain inventory accuracy and documentation according to GMP standards. • Operate forklifts to load/unload trucks; report and document any shipping discrepancies. • Safely unload chemical tanker trucks outdoors and deliver materials to production and labs. • Follow all safety rules, wear required protective equipment, and support overall warehouse operations. Qualifications Required • Ability to obtain forklift certification. • Experience using an ERP system. • 3+ years working in a GMP or highly regulated warehouse (Pharma, Medical, Food & Beverage, Life Sciences, Aerospace, Military, etc.). Preferred • Active sit‑down forklift certification. Work Environment & Schedule • Rotating Night Shift: • Week 1: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on (60 hours) • Week 2: 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (24 hours) • Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM • Training on Day Shift for first 3–5 weeks. • Physically demanding role involving climbing stairs and entering tanker trucks. • Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions. • Warehouse is climate‑controlled. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boulder, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.32 - $34.22/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
