Job Description

We’re seeking a Senior UX Researcher to support a dynamic team at a leading company specializing in user experience research. This role is based on-site in Denver, Colorado, offering a rewarding opportunity for experienced professionals passionate about leading impactful research projects. The position involves managing end-to-end mixed-method research initiatives, analyzing extensive data sets, and delivering compelling insights that influence design decisions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in both qualitative and quantitative methods, with proven leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Senior UX Researcher Responsibilities: • Design and execute a variety of research activities including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and testing methodologies. • Lead research projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and mentoring junior team members. • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations. • Prepare engaging reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings and their impact on design solutions. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align research goals, manage project scope, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Senior UX Researcher Qualifications: • Over 8 years of professional experience in UX research, preferably in agency or client-facing environments. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from initiation through delivery, managing multiple stakeholders and tight timelines. • Excellent skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel. • Experience with online survey tools such as MUIQ, Qualtrics, or UserTesting, including survey creation and data analysis. • A background in UX, human-computer interaction, psychology, or related fields, with a Master’s or PhD highly preferred.
