As an Invasive Cardiovascular Technician at Intermountain Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical team, ensuring our patients receive the best care by: • Provides technical support during invasive cardiovascular procedures. Provides patient care under the supervision of the RN. • Assists physicians in radiological imaging of cardiac and vascular procedures, acts as scrub assistant, maintaining sterile conditions during clinical procedures. Operates imaging equipment and works in the control room monitoring and documenting procedure images and events. • Educates patients and families regarding the procedure and about the expectations of the procedure. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.- and -Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients.
