Role We’re hiring our first dedicated Demand Generation Manager to own and scale how we generate sales-qualified leads. Today, our entire pipeline is inbound and organic. We’ve seen strong signals from early experiments with LinkedIn content, a monthly newsletter, and field marketing. This role is about turning those signals into a repeatable, measurable, and growing pipeline engine. You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to define demand generation strategy, where you’ll fully own execution, performance tracking, and iteration. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership and direct impact on revenue. Why this role is exciting This role offers direct ownership over pipeline and revenue impact, with high autonomy and real influence on demand generation strategy. You’ll have the opportunity to build the demand function from the ground up, shaping how we generate and scale sales-qualified leads. As the company grows, this role has a clear path to expand in scope and seniority. Responsibilities Own pipeline generation Your north star metric is sales-qualified leads and pipeline generation. You’ll design, execute, and optimize programs that directly drive pipeline and convert to revenue. Build and scale demand gen channels We’ve seen strong signals from LinkedIn, our monthly newsletter, and field marketing. You’ll refine what’s working, systematize it, and scale it — while also proposing and testing new channels and ideas to drive lead volume. Mid-funnel deal acceleration Own the creation and iteration of mid-funnel assets that improve conversion rates and accelerate deal velocity across the funnel. Measure and iterate Define success metrics and reporting to track performance end-to-end. Run experiments, learn quickly, and double down on what works. Prepare for future scale Lay the foundation for a scalable demand engine that grows with the company, including helping stand up targeted ABM campaigns for strategic outbound efforts. What we’re looking for Experience • 5–8 years in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success of owning demand generation and driving pipeline • Experience in early-stage or scaling companies; comfortable building from scratch • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM workflows (we use HubSpot), and attribution basics Skills & mindset • Revenue-first: you think in SQLs, pipeline generation, and conversion rates • Full-stack executor: you can go from idea to execution to analysis without needing a big team • Strategic but hands-on: you enjoy both planning and doing • Highly analytical and comfortable with imperfect data • Opinionated, collaborative, and excited to work closely with a executive leader What we’re not looking for This is not a content marketer, lifecycle marketer, or brand marketer role. Your mandate is pipeline. Success in this role looks like • A steady and sustainable increase in sales-qualified leads and pipeline created • Clear visibility into what’s working, what’s not, and why • Strong alignment and collaboration with sales and sales • A demand generation engine that compounds over time Pay Transparency The estimated starting base salary range for this position is $120,000-150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and interview performance. Compensation may also include equity, performance bonus, and benefits. We value equity upside and ownership at Bridge. Location • Our preference is for candidates who can join us in-person in Boulder, CO. Our ideal weekly schedule is 3 days in-office, 2 days remote. • We are open to fully remote for select candidates.
