As a member of the Pro Customer Service/Sales Team, your responsibilities will include: • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with Pro customers. • Driving sales proactively by utilizing your product knowledge and loyalty programs. • Meeting monthly sales goals and other metrics that contribute to the store’s success. • Assisting customers at the Pro Desk, loading materials, managing deliveries, and providing specialized product knowledge. • Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. • Resolving delivery issues and communicating the advantages of Home Depot over competitors. • Monitoring inventory and executing sales initiatives while upholding high standards of customer service and safety.
